Sunday, 14 June 2015 Copenhagen

I wanna move to Copenhagen.
Just a short 2 hour flight away, our 4day/5night break left us wanting more.

Thursday, 15 January 2015 Billie Black in Brighton

Polo Neck Dress (worn underneath)  American Apparel, Vintage Dungaree Dress, Vintage Loafers, Vintage Backpack.
Ciate Hopscotch on my nails.
Brighton seems to be the most hippity, hoppity, happening place in the blogoshpere at the moment and, wanting a piece of the action for myself, Ed and I took a little excursion to wander around the cobbled streets of the seaside town.

Sunday, 30 November 2014 Paris

What can I say about Paris...
It was (and very much still is) one of the most eloquent, beautiful and prosperous cities I have visited.

Tuesday, 11 November 2014 Berlin

Berlin was one city that I absolutely adored.

Wednesday, 22 October 2014 Vienna

The impressions I got from Vienna was that it is an extremely cultured city, especially within Art and Music.

Monday, 13 October 2014 Budapest

Budapest was purely fun and laughter. It was the perfect destination for a girly, boozy long weekend away, full of folly and mischief.
Coincidentally, two of my fab housemates (also called Hannah and Hannah - I know, beyond confusing!) were interrailing at the same time as us and, wanting to coincide with each other at at least one destination on our trip, we managed to meet them in Budapest, aswell as my other housemate and her boyfriend who wanted to join on the bandwagon too; the six of us found each other in Budapest and made the most of it.

Wednesday, 17 September 2014 Venezia

I go back to Uni on Saturday and I have mixed feelings about it. Half of me can't wait to see my friends, let out some steam and perhaps add some purpose to my life, but the other half feels absolutely freaking terrified. To be a student going into their final year seems incredibly daunting, and what's even worse about it is that it means I have to turn 21 in January and finally graduate in the Summer. I am going to be a grown up and grown ups have to make scary decisions about what direction their life will go in. Pray for me.

Although, looking back over the beautiful, eyeopening never ending summer I have had of travelling, meeting the greatest people and expanding my future sights, it does spur me on to keep on going, grabbing every opportunity with both hands and getting those experiences that I will never have the chance to have again. So I guess I just have to breathe and maybe, one day, if I keep doing that, I will end up exactly where I am supposed to be. :)
It's a little late but in June and July I travelled to 9 different European cities :
Venice > Slovenia > Budapest > Vienna > Prague > Berlin > Amsterdam > Brussels > Paris.

Although I loved every moment of my trip, my favourites were Budapest (for the nightlife), Berlin (for the nightlife) and Paris. Paris was one of the beautiful cities I have ever been to and is probably a city I need to visit again and want get to know inside and out.

However giving each city the justice it deserves, they all have a dedicated blog post just for them.

Starting with...

Tuesday, 24 June 2014 Packing for Interrailing

(I am in Paris for Bastille Day!)

Today I go travelling for 3 weeks. Yay for me! I am so excited. Promise I will show off my snaps when I get back and in the meantime, I have thought of sharing with you a little snippet of what I am taking away with me.

Sunday, 22 June 2014 FAB U LOUS

Heidi Hi - Long time no speak! I can only blame myself for that, mucho soz.

Although I may have been a lazy tyke and neglected my blog, I promise it hasn't been in vain.
The past month has been a total whirlwind: in-between finishing Uni for the year, unpacking all of my belongings and packing them back up again, working at 2 different hotels, basking in this glorious sunshine and styling up numerous outfits for a festival (to then be stuck in bloody bed with food poisoning - gutted) it seems that life has been running at 100mph and I am only just about able to take a breath.

Alas all is not lost, as for the past fortnight I have been fortunate enough to dip my pink-polished big toe into the lapping sea of fashion journalism, interning at The Sun's Sunday magazine supplement: Fabulous Magazine.

Thursday, 24 April 2014 Gingham Jeans

I love the bits and pieces of gingham that are floating around at the moment and recently, I hopped onto the bandwagon and have been wearing the most out of my Topshop Joni Gingham Jeans.

Monday, 21 April 2014 Lovely Liverpool

Helloooooooooo! I am sorry that I haven't written in a week or so, but I have been so busy with family over Easter and just generally getting myself organised back at home, plus I have had loads of work for final assessments and the like.

However, like I said I my last post, I went to Liverpool the weekend before Easter and my Lord, what a wonderful city it is.

Friday, 11 April 2014 Pink Wednesday

Hiya!

On Wednesday it was 'Varsity' day in Cardiff, which is arguably one of the most popular events at the University.

Although it is obligatory to wear the your team's supportive colours (Cardiff's is bright red), I woke up in a surprisingly great mood and in attempt to break out of my black-on black-slump that I touched upon in my last post, I decided to be brave and wear the complete opposite of black: bright neon pink.

Sunday, 6 April 2014 Crochet

I finally got round to wearing the black vintage dress that I spoke about in a previous post, for my friend's birthday outing this weekend.

Friday, 28 March 2014 Tartan

The other evening, I went out with the Uni gang for one of the Boy's 21st Birthday.

Wednesday, 26 March 2014 Spring has Sprung

Aaaah the whimsical breeze of British Springtime seems to have finally graced our presence:
the beautiful, yet still refreshing sunshine, the premise of beer gardens at lunch and the knowledge that the highly anticipated summer holidays are no longer a lifetime away, but a mere few weeks.

Springtime is my favourite time of the year and although I was born in the dingy darkness that is the month of January, I think I feel at my happiest during the Springtime. It is neither too hot nor too cold, and everyone is on tenderhooks, waiting for their summer plans and trips to finally come to fruition.

Friday, 21 March 2014 BANKS

Last night, I went to the Trinity Arts Centre in Bristol to see LA singer/songwriter BANKS.

Tuesday, 18 March 2014 Bombay Bicycle Club

On Sunday evening, I went to see Bombay Bicycle Club at the Great Hall In Cardiff's Student Union.

The above photo was taken during their song Lunawhich is currently one of my favourite songs from their new album: So Long, See you Tomorrow

Thursday, 13 March 2014 Rankin

I am a little bit of a photography/film/visual buff and came across this whilst trawling through various TV catch ups to try and entertain myself during this stressful period at Uni.
